RENTAL PRICES
Per Performance: $2,500 per performance vs. 10% of GBOR
Per Theatrical Week: $20,000 per week
Per Technical/Load-in/Rehearsal Day: $2,500 per day
Private/Non-Profit (non-ticketed): $2,500 per day
Private/Commercial (non-ticketed): $3,500 per day

OUR "HOLD" POLICY

INSURANCE
Lessee is required to fully insure itself, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and presentations, at its own expense for Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability (including disability benefits), Comprehensive General Liability (personal injury, including bodily injury, $1,000,000 per occurrence; and Property Damage, $1,000,000 per occurrence), Theft and Fire Insurance for all properties brought into or used in the Louisville Palace, including without implied limitation the property of third persons under the control of the Louisville Palace (Lessor) or Lessee.

Lessee shall provide certificates of liability insurance coverage name the Palace Theatre Operating Group, LLC, and Theatre Management Group, Inc. as additional insured no later than ten (10) business days prior to the commencement of Lessee's use of the Theatre.

TICKETING EXPENSES
Preservation Fee: $2 per paid admission
Sales Tax:  6% of Gross Box Office Receipts
Ticketing Charges: 3.5% of Gross Box Office Receipts
Credit Card Commission: 5% of Palace Box Office credit card sales
Group Sales Commission: 10% Gross Group Receipts

STAFF
Box Office Staff: $350 per performance
House Staff: $500 per performance
Technical Director: $300 per performance
Building Operations Manager: $150 per performance
Security - Police: $24 per hour; 4 hour minimum
Security - unarmed: $12 per hour; 4 hour minimum
Custodial Services: $700 per day; plus $350 per additional same-day performance

ADDITIONAL FEES
Utility Usage: $500 per day
In House Sound & Lighting system: $750 per day
Telephone Service: $10 per direct inward dial line/per day (local); $25 per direct inward dial line/per week (local)
Merchandise Sales: 35% commission

NOTE: This Theatre has an exclusive concessions and catering contract, and ALL catering must be arranged through SPECTRUM CATERING/CONCESSIONS, Inc. Catering is subject to an 18% gratuity/service charge.

All service fees outlined above for theatre staffing include expenses associated with FICA, FUTA, SUTA, Worker's Compensation and associated payroll processing charges. Please contact your event representative for additional services.
